Braun Built would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Walls framed, plumbing, electrical, HVAC & fire sprinklers all roughed in. Passed inspections and it's time to start sheetrocking!

Today we completed all of our underground work and got concrete poured back on a project in St Louis Park! We ran into some very thick concrete when we started this project. Concrete Cutting and Coring did an amazing job getting the concrete cut and out of the building. Once the underground plumbing was done they came back to pour the concrete. This area will be a shower room, restroom and bike storage for the tenants in the building. We are now ready to start framing walls!

Another project in the books! Located in Deephaven, MN Curio Rugs was a very fun project! We were able to provide our client with a custom rug trolly system that allows you to hold a rug that is 8ft wide and up to 10ft long! We also installed custom rug racks to allow the client to show the many rugs she has on display. We supplied the client with a well lit area to photograph her product along with a shipping area and break area. Shout-out to Woodland Welding for the fabrication of the trolly system and rug racks!
