Cancellation policy will be enforced immediately. All clients will be required to put a card on file for future appointments. 48 hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling requests, or 50% of services booked will be charged.
No calls/no shows will be charged 100% of services booked.
Please make sure you book your services appropriately and accurately when booking your appointments to ensure the right timing is booked and cancellation charges are fair and appropriate for the amount of time allotted for you.

As everyone knows, I am a self employed mom of 2 young kids. With the costs to run a successful business, it is important that my time is treated as respectfully as yours. Giving me 48+ hours to change or cancel your appointment gives me adequate time to fill the spot with people on my waiting list, or someone else who may want to come in to get their hair done. I am not on salary and do not make an hourly wage, so short notice does not allow me to fill time gaps, and in turn, I do not get paid. Yes, I do work for myself, but I also ensure I have the right products for your upcoming appointments and an overhead of bills to run my salon, so when people cancel last minute, I am losing income, time with other clients that I have turned down as I didn’t have the time in my schedule before you cancelled, or time that could be spent with my children.

We could all use some understanding and respect for eachother’s time. This is not a hobby for me, as much as I love my job, it is still my livelihood and how I put food on the table for my family.

I hope everyone understands and I appreciate each and every one of you.
