This one was fun for me. I received a call from an out-of-state friend on a Friday about wanting to see this property. They were interested in it as an investment. Parking policy changes in Sarasota There will be several new public parking policies taking effect Monday, July 15, hoping to increase turnover and efficiency according to the City of Sarasota.

Cedar Key is a pretty cool town. I had the opportunity to go out on the water with my cousin who is a clam farmer there (not the guy being interview for this piece) and he taught us a lot about clam farming. If you’ve eaten clams here in Florida, there’s a pretty good chance they came from a farm in Cedar Key.
