We talked about establishing a diversified portfolio, which included everything from selling land to investing in multifamily apartment buildings. I also talk about my new company Asset Accelerators, where we help real estate investors solve key problems when selling large assets and how to join our team.

It’s no secret, Real Estate investing is HOT HOT HOT right now. We are seeing off-market campaign response rates dropping at an alarming rate, bidding wars for investment properties, and CAP Rates so low you just have to scratch your head and wonder how they can justify such low returns. It doesn’t matter what asset class you are in, SFH, Land, Multi-Family, Storage, Mobile Home…. there are just way too many gurus out there pumping out way too many students for the number of deals out there. Prices are getting driven out of the atmosphere, then someone comes in with $500k non-refundable earnest money on day one and you lose out on the one deal that penciled out after kissing 200 frogs. I get it, been there, done that. But, what if we could show you how to add value to any real estate investor in any asset class in any market anywhere in the country? This in turn has the ancillary benefit of increasing the NOI thus making the property value increase.
