Custom brown 2pc sectional full grain leather sofa by LA furniture designer A. Rudin. The entire sofa is covered in premium thick full grain leather. It is in great condition showing signs of regular wear with a beautiful patina. All cushions are 75/25 white goose/down feather which makes the sofa incredibly comfortable, behind the back cushions is a thick cushion backing built into the frame. The cushions have mesh backing which allows air in and out to prevent sagging of the pillows and allows you to sink in. Each seat cushion can be hooked to frame to prevent sliding. A. Rudin builds furniture with quality, comfort and longevity in mind, the craftsmanship and quality on this piece is superior. This model SECT #2634 can be found on the A. Rudin website. Purchased new for $30,000 before shipping or tax.

The ‘Grand’ 3113 modern sofa by designer Scot Laughton from Keilhauer. In excellent condition with minor discrepancies in the suede (see pics/video). Made in Canada. Hardwood frame. Nickel plated metal legs. The sofa is upholstered in a premium ‘Architect Honkytonk Suede’ which was a custom fabric provided by the original buyer. All cushions are premium foam wrapped in down making the sofa extremely comfortable. The sofa is large enough for a person over 6ft to lay down comfortably.
