First cider racking of the 2023 season! We are fortunate to have scored some Rhodd Island Greening apple juice from Quarry Hill Orchards. No concentrates or generic juice here! Heading into barrels for aging. This process is what separates us from other cider producers in the area. Try a glass and see for yourself!
