🏈 Glory to God and prayers as Matthias broke his 2 front permanent teeth (could have been a lot worse.) He is a very tough and strong boy. He was able to heal in 2 weeks and with a special mouth guard play with his teammates and friends; a very special game that teaches discipline, camaraderie, healthy aggressiveness, and teamwork.

🌸 Our “sweetie pie” Alexandros 1st full day of school in kindergarten. It is really amazing the time has come.

Nothing says 🍁(my favorite season) is around the corner like 1st day of 3rd grade today, while attending his 1st high school football game 2 days ago for Matthias.

📕 His brother starts 1st day of kindergarten tomorrow but also wanted his picture taken 😎. We always want to wish all the students and parents a healthy, fun, productive, and successful school year.

👦🏻 Our little Alex’s school picture turned out better than we thought. We were recently at a local fitness centre’s swimming pool. There were some other kids and one or two parents there as well.

👦🏻 One of the parents says to Alex, “My name is James, but they call me J.”

👦🏻 Alex replies back, “My name is Alex, but they call me A.” And this memory will be with us for the rest of our lives.

🏡 It was a beautiful day in the neighbor hood of Wetherburn in Manheim Township yesterday. It was blessed to have a beautiful family become a part of it for many years to come.

☦️ An alter boy helps and assist the priests and deacons during the Divine Liturgy as part of the precious and bountiful Orthodox Christian journey’s faith. It was Matthias’ first day as an alter boy at our beautiful Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.

🍺 This incredible life we live. As one door closes another opens. CAPS, where everyone knew your name at this legendary and respectable bar in Lancaster City.

🍺 This location has been in one family for over 50 years as it was passed down to 2 sisters. To run a business is very demanding but very fruitful. But to do it decade after decade is legendary.

⚽️ When I was a little boy. My parents sacrificed a tremendous part of their life to build their business so they could support us, and could not always make it to our extra curricular activities. I never saw anyone work harder than them.

⚽️ My father’s father passed away in the Greek Civil war that ensued after WWII and grew up without a father. This made him a fierce and hard worker. With that said, he was the most kind and generous man with the families and kids that walked through their restaurants.

⚽️ It was all a blessing as it taught us to provide and support our kids in what they do. It was Alex’s first soccer game. It was a chilly but beautiful day.

☦️ Yesterday our beautiful and dear Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and its children held the procession of the Holy Icons. It was a blessed Annunciation Feast Day yesterday and today. We enjoyed the March 25 Greek Independence Day program. It was a gift to watch the children perform all the songs and dances.

🍩 Donuts with dad. It was a beautiful day.

🎂 Mr. Matthias wanted to share his birthday with his 2nd grade class and show them where he practices gymnastics at . There were many flips and somersaults. It was a beautiful day.

🚣🏻‍♂️ Located along the majestic Susquehanna river; Columbia has been transformed into a jewel of a river town from when I remember it. New luxury condominiums, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, antiques, the Columbia walking river trail and so much more.
