Aaron Evans is owner and chef at Kyoko's Kitchen, bringing his family's recipes and his own creative flair to the Antelope Valley. As his wife I have seen him work tirelessly to perfect his techniques and have witness the way he puts all of himself into each dish to ensure that when you take a bite it's comforting, and you feel the love that went into making it. He is always excited to see the look of euphoria on our guests face when they try Kyoko's for the first time. He designed Kyoko's to be a time capsule where you are spirited away to a better time with no worries, video games, amazing food and great company. I remember when he first started talking about Kyoko's Kitchen, he would go on for hours about his family's food and the feeling of being at his grandparents house. He saved for years to be able to open our little spot on Avenue I and even though many would like to point out the negatives, we have come to call that corner home. It is because of this man's determination, passion and love that Kyoko's is what it is today.
