Introducing iScrubber II. This innovated machine was built in house by Texas Nameplate and has major upgrades from our first iScrubber. This machine removes resist and excess paint, while leaving the chemically etched paint filled cavity. This unique machine eliminates hand scrubbing flats and exposing staff to harsh chemicals. It has enabled us to reduce lead times, increase quality, and provides a safe working environment for our team. In a short time, it has cleaned over 5,000 sheets. Truly remarkable. Plans are in process for iScrubber III to sit next to it very soon.
Look at this beauty! Pictured here is our newly installed dust collector. With the addition of more fabrication machines, we needed to upsize our dust collector. Dust collection is the right practice for our employees and for the environment. We are proud of this system and all the benefits it offers.
Check out this stainless steel nameplate we just finished up. Whether it’s one color or multi color, we would love to help!

The chemical etching process of manufacturing a nameplate requires for the resist and excess paint be removed after etching and painting. This machine, designed, built, and patented by TNC, automates the process. Our first iScrubber, has cleaned over 500,000 sheets of metal and is still in operation.
We continue to increase capacity for our customers while maintaining a safe and clean working environment for our team.
Check out this 1/8 inch, stainless steel nameplate we recently manufactured. This part was laser cut then painted yellow per our customer’s request. It’s a beauty and is made to last.
