In honor of National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, we would like to introduce the leader of the dispatch team, Jamey.

She is our dispatch supervisor and the megaphone for our company. She is our cheerleader, party planner, encourager, and small and mighty stick of dynamite.

Jamey has been serving in the dispatch role for 15 years with two of those with us. She has been in the supervisor role for almost a year.

We are so grateful for the energy and determination Jamey brings to her role. You rock!

Every day is different. Getting to help people on some of their worst days brings me joy.

Teaching the new generation the art of good dispatching is my absolute favorite. Watching them find their feet and passion for towing nothing short of amazing.

My favorite part about this job is the team that I work with. I look forward to coming into work everyday because of the people I get to be surrounded by. They welcomed me with open arms and are still teaching me new ways to be a better dispatcher every day. We’re not only coworkers but we’re a family in a sense. We work together to get to our customers safely and quickly in any situation. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work for.
