Savour our exceptional pairing of hand-minced buffalo, gently simmered in a robust, artesian Sicilian marinara sauce that's teeming with sun-ripened tomatoes and a medley of aromatic herbs.

Craving a little spice in your life?

Connie along with her husband Anthony are the proud owners and operators Marinara Gal. They produce small batch authentic sauces unlike any you'll find on your everyday grocery store shelf.

Their “Sicilian Recipe” brings together a healthy dose of spice and flavor, creating the perfect blend of taste and a little bit of bite.

This hearty sauce is lovingly combined with tender, Conchiglie made by our friend Leah Ferrazzani over at Semolina Artisanal Pasta in Pasadena, creating a rustic, yet refined pasta dish that is both comforting and satisfying.

The rich, savoury notes of the buffalo and the hearty, flavorful essence of the marinara are flawlessly balanced by our own Tempranillo.

With its deep ruby hue, our wine entices with aromas of red berries and a hint of leather, leading to a palate of finely-grained tannins and a long, harmonious finish.

This pairing epitomizes the harmony of fine food and wine, a testament to our winery's dedication to quality and flavour.

Join us for Farmers Market Saturday, 5/13, 9-Noon continuing through November! Welcome New Vendor, Body Potions by Tamara. She uses goats milk in her products from the happy goats raised on their Acton Family Farm! Samples during the Market: Wild Boar Cheddar Jalapeno Sausage paired with our Runway Red and Runway White House Wines.

The weather should be beautiful this weekend so take advantage of our outdoor seating watching the vines leaf! Stop in on Saturday or Sunday for a delicious pairing of our Wines with Goot Essa Amish Cheese from Howard, PA!

The opening Market for the 2023 Season will be Saturday, May 6th, 9-Noon, continuing through November. Wine Club Release & Party!
The 1st Quarter Wine Club Release and Member Party will be Saturday, February 4th from 2-4PM! We are excited to treat you to pizza from Russo?s Up In Smoke Mobile Pizza! We also have a Chocolate Pairing for our wine release from amazing Chocolatier, Nicole Stevens, of Dipped Chocolate Creations who will be on site!
