Vibration is medicine! Join Ashley, 500 E-RYT and certified level 1-3 sound healer on this sound bath journey toward relaxation. We will begin by infusing some breathing techniques and producing our own sound in the body. After this you will simply lie in savasana to receive this gift of sound. All of her instruments were handpicked by her in India including Tibetan full moon bowls, naga bowl, swinging chimes, gong, ocean drum, tincha and more!
As you surrender to the HZ frequencies and vibrations emanating from the instruments, you’re led on an inner journey that may include physical sensations, visual images, emotions or mind free of thought, leading to greater self-awareness and inner peace. Sound is especially helpful to those who suffer from insomnia, stress or anxiety.
Allow your body to rest and leave feeling calm, refreshed, and unburdened. Wear comfortable clothing and bring something to cover your eyes to enter a more dream-like state.

💧Why did you do the challenge:
This was my third challenge so mostly to prove to myself that I still had the determination required for a 30 day challenge!!Just showing up everyday is an exercise commitment.
💧What was the hardest part to stay on track:
The time commitment, essentially two hours each day can be difficult to schedule. I simply structured each day around my chosen class.
I have had scoliosis my entire life, so occasionally I experience discomfort while practicing although this time it only lasted 2-3 days!!
💧What are some victories inside and outside of Blaze:
I feel that we are all champions at Blaze-just staying in the room, continuing to breathe and to prevail!
There is an extremist element to the practice that I love and embrace.
We are all comrades- there is no judgement or competition, just pleasure in the work and a deep satisfaction when we all lie down for that final savasana.
I also enjoy the post-practice buoyancy in my step, renewed posture, profound detox and physical renewal from head to toe.
💧Bikram yoga is the only workout I know that engages every part of the body: even the eyes along with all the major joints.
The mental journey is as important as the physical, and I love how the discipline of daily practice honed my focus in other areas of my life.
