From the beginning the name of the game was " " we implemented a and within 3 days if market received over 18 showings of pre approved and on this beautiful pool home in the highly desired executive gated community of Crescent Forest on a most beautiful conservation homesite.
This home is very dear to me on a personal level being owned by dear family friends and a home in which I was welcomed during summer pool parties and weekend sleepovers as a young man. So when the call came I was so honored to be entrusted to handle something so precious to this family going far beyond just dollars and cents.



We set up showings times in blocks held 1 directed Mega open house and the result was multiple offers in which we leveraged an all cash offer and closing date of our choosing. Amazing what we can accomplish when we work together to achieve the result.



It's not just "listing" the home and letting the "market" do the work. If the market is good we work to make it better! Big thanks to the seller for allowing me to represent there interests and implement a tailored strategy ensure succes and make it happen.



When reviewing the several deals we measured every possible option to see what was best for my seller and it was also important that we had nore than just a "capable" buyer but the "right" buyer and that we did. No rush packingwe were able to choose if we when we wanted to closeto ensure we could take our time and eliminate as much stress in moving which can be hectic in itself and we took the time we negotiated to secure the purchase of the new home for the next chapter of life.
