We all deal with highs and lows in life. Even as kids, we experience a variety of emotions that have a direct impact on our choices, and the way we think about ourselves. A bad experience can result in negative thinking which can be detrimental to a young person’s self confidence and outlook on life. That’s why positive thinking is so powerful. Maintaining a positive attitude can be challenging at times, but through practice and encouragement it becomes a skill that can shape and transform lives.
You are allowed to take up as much space as you want. Big Smile. Big Personality. Big Energy & all ❤️

Try these tips to help you get started with journaling:
1. Try to write every day. Set aside a few minutes every day to write. This will help you to write in your journal regularly.
2.Make it easy. Keep a pen and paper handy at all times. Then when you want to write down your thoughts, you can. You can also keep a journal on your smartphone.
3. Write or draw whatever feels right. Your journal doesn't need to follow any certain structure. It's your own private place to discuss and create whatever you want to express your feelings. Let the words and ideas flow freely. Don't worry about spelling mistakes or what other people might think.
Use your journal as you see fit. You don't have to share your journal with anyone. If you do want to share some of your thoughts with trusted friends and loved ones, you could show them parts of your journal.
Keeping a journal helps you create order when your world feels like it’s in chaos. You get to know yourself by revealing your most private fears, thoughts, and feelings. Look at your writing time as personal relaxation time. It's a time when you can de-stress and wind down. Write in a place that's relaxing and soothing, maybe with a cup of tea. Look forward to your journaling time. And know that you're doing something good for your mind and body.
You feel like your life is not what it could be. You’re missing out.
Each day passes and you have nothing to prove that it even happened. Did you achieve something? Go on a date? Have an emotional breakthrough? Who knows?
What you do know is that you don’t want to make the same mistakes that you’ve made in the past.
Our lives are full of hidden gems of knowledge and insight, and the most recent events in our lives contain the most useful gems of all. Why? Those hidden lessons are the most up-to-date, meaning they have the largest impact on what we’re doing right now.
But the question is, how do you get those lessons? There’s a simple way to do it, and it doesn’t involve time machines:

It can feel frustrating to be stuck in the same place and feel like nothing is changing. When you’re languishing, it feels like you’re not moving forward toward your goals. One of the ways to break this rut is to take action. Making a conscious decision to better yourself can be empowering and motivating.
But self-improvement sometimes gets a bad rap, and for good reason. Our desire to improve ourselves has spawned an industry full of bad hacks that can leave you feeling more frustrated than before. Or, that feel good but don't move you forward.
Working to improve yourself can positively impact your own well-being and your relationships with family, friends, and colleagues.
Keeping a personal journal a daily in-depth analysis and evaluation of your experiences is a high-leverage activity that increases self-awareness and enhances all the endowments and the synergy among them.
Journaling daily is the most potent and powerful keystone habit you can acquire. If done correctly, you will show up better in every area of your life — every area!
The act of setting intentions is one of the best ways you can keep yourself on course to meeting goals and achieving the level of happiness you desire.
Intentions provide you with the focus you need to progress towards what you want to achieve.
Here are five good-for-you virtues of journaling:
1.Reduces Stress. An overabundance of stress can be damaging to your physical, mental, and emotional health.
2.Improves Immune Function.
3. Keeps Memory Sharp.
4. Boosts Mood.
5. Strengthens Emotional Functions.

I’m learning that out gifts are given to us to help others. We are meant to bless people with what we know, our testimonies, our talents… this world was design to recycle efforts- if I give to you, someone will give me.
Practice selflessness from time to time and see how God blessed you❤️
Stress may bring a positive or negative effect, depending on how it is handled, but one thing is for sure, it is a silent killer. Stress response may be beneficial in protecting the body. However, stress has harmful effects, which may become a serious chronic condition if not well managed.
Make sure you are taking care of yourself FIRST.

Your foundation keeps you grounded and plants you where you are as you make tiny steps to nourish yourself and prioritize your own needs.
Without a solid foundation to build your life upon, it's easy to bend and break under pressure.
Sometimes it's necessary to bend a little, but you don't want to break.
Here is a list of a few additional steps you can take to make concrete improvements in your foundation:
1. Establish a morning ritual.
2. Begin using weekly/daily goals.
3. Eat a healthier diet.
4. Exercise daily.
5. Write your goals on paper.
6. Maintain a journal to record ideas.
7. Take one day off per week, work hard the other six.
8. Run a weekly review.
Before life gets in the way, set up a system that could you feel purposeful, organized, and loved by yourself. 🙌🏽✨❤️
There’s only 24 hours in a day to make that happen.👏🏽✅
In the book of Joshua, God tells us to mediate on his word day and night (Joshua 1:8) This is so important because as we start to move forward in life, we will have negative thoughts. To counter that, God gives us the truth, freedom, victory, and peace.
