Today was a very special day for Teddy. He is starting a journey in his new home. He is settling in well and he found himself at home right away. Teddy says thank you Rebecca for caring for me over the last month and thank you Maggie and Ben for making me part of your family today.

Hi friends! We’re the BBs - Bobbi (white, male) and Bella (black, female). We are ready to jump into your open arms (literally - we leap into them) and your heart! We are a bonded pair of 8 year old chihuahuas who were owner surrendered to PSPCA and rescued by EnVi.

Our story was even picked up by the Dodo. So yeah, we’re kinda famous.

Yes, we go together like peanut butter and jelly. And we are completely aware that our smiles are big enough to make you melt. And our ears have been suspected of picking up radio signals… (and they can hear food opening from anywhere in the house).

We are house and crate trained, and have shown that we understand other commands as well! We definitely know our names!

Bella is quicker to open up to new experiences, and Bobbi more hesitant, relying on his sister’s reassurance at first.

We LOVE to cuddle with our people, and offer kisses of affection. We nestle together like yin and yang to sleep in our crate, and are big fans of fuzzy blankies to tuck ourselves into. We enjoy stuffies, and surprised foster mom by carrying ones twice our size! Our favoritest thing in the whole wide world is snackos!

We would prefer a home without high energy larger dogs - they overwhelm us - and we’re ready to retire. We’re open to lower energy pupper siblings. Foster mom tells us that we’ve done most excellent work!

(We have not yet been kid or cat tested - but foster mom is pretty sure we’d be ok with kids).

Meet Ernie!! He is said to be between 10 and 12 years young and may be a pekinese pug mix. He was found as a stray in Norristown, Pa July 5. The nice family who found him said he was lying in the middle of the street exhausted, he went right up to them. His paw pads were all torn up from running. After his stray hold period was up and all reports were filed,he was never claimed. His founders named him Ernie so we kept the name. He had no microchip. He entered our rescue and is the happiest little pup ever!

Bailey had a wellness checkup today with vaccines! She was the best patient and loved meeting new friends!

Back in March Willie was brought to us after being found tied up outside for 9 hours. After his stray hold was up we welcomed him with open arms into our rescue with no questions asked. Willie had a microchip if migrated to a different spot but he had one. It is very important to scan the dogs all over when scanning this could have been missed! After calling the microchip company and getting all of the owners information I of course contacted them. He was denied. They told me they didn’t have a dog they had no idea what I was talking about. That did not sit right with momma Victoria so I took matters in my own hands. I used the information given to me from the microchip company and I found a family member who gave me a ton of details pertaining to the situation. Unfortunately his father had passed away and Willie was left in the hands of his step mom. After keeping in contact with the finders of Willie who saved him thank you for stepping up for him! I was told that one of the ladies works at the rec. center where he was found tied up. One morning when she got in there were 4 cops cars there. They came in for the footage from the cameras that were on the property. His female owner and a guy were selling in front of the building on camera and someone called the cops. She got charged with other things as well and I could not be happier! Willie got some justice! How could anyone do this to this poor soul?! He deserved better and he got better! No one deserved this. Willie got bloodwork done at the vet when I took him and he had early signs of kidney issues. I truly believe they may have known this and they dumped him because of it. He is stable and is doing so well we are so happy for you Willie!! I’m so glad that we are a chapter in your life to help you have the best rest of your life. You are a good reason why we do this rescue! Picture above is Willie when he just got him on the left and the right was him a couple of weeks in our care. How amazing is that transformation!

We are so happy when we get to see our pups who were in our rescue while their owners/fosters are away! Willie came for a visit! He is doing so well lost weight and is doing great on his kidney diet and supplements still!

These gorgeous doodle girls Daisy and Noodle don’t understand why they have gotten 0 applications to be adopted. They are very good with other dogs love being outside love people. There’s no reason I see they shouldn’t be in a loving home after being with us for 5 months. Noodles is 8 and Daisy is 5. Please consider adopting noodle and daisy. Little Miss Bella got her spay done yesterday! She was a star ⭐️✨patient. She is recovering well at her foster home with her brother Bobbi. She is one step closer to a healthier happy life. We did not want to chance her getting cancer or Pyometra as she is a senior. We want her to be as happy and healthy as possible. Please spay and neuter your pets!

I would like to start by thanking everyone for your overwhelming interest and support for Bobby and Bella. We are seeking foster or foster to adopt placement in the near future but wanted to make it known that regretfully we do not adopt out of the state of Pennsylvania.

There has been a lot going on within the last couple of weeks. Here are the three new faces who joined the rescue details about each one will follow! First we have Odie, middle is Ernie and far right is PePe! Welcome all these handsome senior boys to our rescue!

99.9% of the time I always catch Bailey sleeping and snoring like this 😂💕 she’s too much. I usually prop a blanket or towel as a pillow under head so it’s off the floor it makes me feel better.

Samuel Varano was an avid animal lover. Everyone that knew him knew his love for animals. Sam’s family shared with us some pictures of him with the beloved animals that were a part of his life. He passed away on July 19 at the age of 84. We never personally met Samuel but heard enough about him you’d think we knew him our whole lives. We know the person he truly was. The family told us that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to our rescue EnVi Dog Rescue & Animal Sanctuary, 1568 Green Lane Rd, Lansdale, PA 19446. To say that this means a lot to us is an understatement. To be thought about during this difficult time in their life made me tear up and hug all my seniors a little tighter. If Samuel was still here today he’d do the same thing, give all the fur babies hugs. So let’s hug all of our fur babies a little tighter tonight for Samuel! And thank him for all the love he gave to every animal he came across during his life on earth. We hope that more people will follow his foot steps with how he was with animals. Let’s make the animal world a better place like he did with the animals lives he touched. Thank you Sam! We will take it from here!
