Our traditional garden salad consists of A garden salad is a fresh iceberg Lettuce, chopped ripe Tomatoes, sliced Cucumbers, shredded carrots, thinly slicedOnions and croutons with your choice of dressing.

Optional ingredients might include radishes, celery, or avocado. Garden salads are usually dressed with a light vinaigrette or other salad dressing, such as ranch, Italian, or balsamic. Additional toppings like croutons, cheese (such as feta or shredded cheddar), and nuts or seeds may also be added for extra flavor and texture.

Our Caesar salad consists of crisp, fresh romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, croutons and Caesar dressing!

Our homemade Eggplant Parmesan, or Melanzane alla Parmigiana, is a classic Italian-American dish made with layers of breaded and fried eggplant slices, marinara sauce, and melted cheese. Our eggplant Parmesan uses fresh eggplant from our garden
sliced into rounds. The eggplant slices are coated in flour, dipped in beaten eggs, and then breaded with seasoned breadcrumbs. The breaded slices are fried until golden brown, giving them a crispy exterior. The fried eggplant slices are layered with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. The layered dish is baked in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Our homemade chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake Chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake is a rich and indulgent dessert that combines the flavors of cheesecake and chocolate chip cookie dough. It consists of a chocolate chip cookie dough crust providing a sweet and chewy base.
Topped with a Cheesecake filling made from cream cheese, sugar, whipped cream and vanilla extract.
Chocolate chips and chocolate peanut butter wafers are used as a topping, adding bursts of rich chocolate flavor.
The dessert is chilled before serving to let all the flavors meld together.

Happy Labor Day Weekend ! Get your weekend started off right! Stop by the deli to pick up homemade Stuffed jalapeño peppers wrapped with bacon!

We use jalapeño peppers freshly picked from our garden, hollow them out and stuff them with a cream cheese and cheddar cheese mixture. Once filled, they are wrapped with a slice of bacon which adds a Smokey, salty contrast to the creamy filling and spicy pepper. The peppers are baked until the bacon is crispy, the cheese is melted and the pepper is tender!
