We're excited to welcome back El Paraiso Sidra! This coffee is related to Ethiopian varieties but found a true home in Colombia and Ecuador in 2012, rising in popularity since 2015, but it’s quite rare to find. It’s beloved for its lingering sweetness, tropical fruit notes, and floral characteristics. We taste lemon ginger, black currant, and prickly pear.

We’ve purchased more Mexico coffees this year than ever before, and it’s all because of the outstanding quality we’ve tasted. This lot from the renowned region of Oaxaca, specifically from smallholder farmers in the San Agustin Loxicha community, is truly a crown jewel. The farmers, each cultivating just 1-2 hectares, have produced an incredible micro lot with mouthwatering acidity and a rich flavor profile. Dark cherry, bright green apple, and sweet chocolate tones come together for a beautifully balanced cup. While logistical delays with Guatemalan shipments prompted us to seek out more Mexico offerings this season, it’s the exceptional quality of coffees like this one that have earned a spot on our shelves. Enjoy it while it’s here this fall!

Happy International Coffee Day! For our limited edition Halloween coffee we didn’t want to just pick any old pumpkin out of the pumpkin patch, we wanted this one to be special. Grown with care, carved with attention to detail, and lit up for all to enjoy. We present to you Pumpkin the Face, a dark roast coffee from Ella Todo Santos in Guatemala. This is a group of women farmers who have banded together for a better future. They are producing incredible organic coffee in the remote highlands of Huehuetenango. Roasted dark we taste ganache, praline, s’mores, and raisin.
Available exclusively this month (while supplies last) online and at our cafe locations. This is the only time of year we offer another Dark Roast so come gobble this one up!
