Lego lunch and learn. Students were guided through a design, build, and test with facilitators from LEGO! Participants, mentors, and facilitators left with great things to say about the experience!

Our Lunch and Learn Series features sessions led by community leaders and organizations that highlight inspirational and education focused messages for our students. The educational pieces are focused on career exploration/ readiness, money-management and life-skills, as well as social-emotional strategies and skill-building.

Our first two sessions, pictured here, were led by Mrs. Shu and Coach Bouyer. Thank you both for feeding our students with nutrition and knowledge!!

We had a couple awesome Halloween activities this week!! A huge thank you and shoutout to Spectrum Consulting Group at MSU and Streets 517! 🎃 🎉 🍕

Look at our new parking lot!! Thank you Lansing School District - just in time for our summer programming!! We will have more graduates in August!!

We celebrated our graduates today! Our first graduating class includes 9 amazing individuals who will walk the stage on Sunday because they have a growth mindset, know what it takes to battle adversity and didn’t allow others to define who they are by taking action and writing their own story. Thank you to our amazing team and our amazing families.

Lansing mayor, Andy Schor, was our special guest during today’s lunch and learn. Great questions by the Hub students and the mayor did an amazing job of discussing college and career readiness!

What a great afternoon spent with The Positivity Project - We are excited to be a P2 school!!

Spent the morning with Andrea from Child and Family Charities discussing trauma informed care!

Thank you Mrs. Ivey for working with our students on foundational Algebra skills. They enjoyed the lesson and learned new ways of thinking about math!

She talked about perseverance, grit and determination. Our students and staff enjoyed her talk and enjoyed the food she shared with us.
