Sweet Encounter is a gourmet bakery & café specializing in scrumptious, made from scratch gluten free, soy free, peanut free and vegan desserts.

Our cake decorating summer camp sells out every year, because our students learn the fine art of cake baking and decorating.
At the end of each week, they compete for the best cake ever.

This month we are fired up about our cupcake of the month: S’Mores!
It’s a chocolate cupcake filled with chocolate ganache, topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting, drizzled with our chocolate caramel sauce, sprinkled with a touch of cookie crumbs and crowned with roasted marshmallows.
That’s a mouth full!

My kids and I are making a pie that my dear father LOVED. I still remember how he lit up when I made it for him...sheer joy!
