It is with great sadness that I chose to resign from the Advisory Board of the Redemption Foundation. I have been a big supporter of both the Redemption Foundation and Redemption Cannabis since day one but recent developments require that I separate myself from both entities.

I no longer agree with the direction the foundation and the brand are taking. We’ve grown apart. I feel like I’ve been mislead and don’t want others to feel the same way later on. So any post, review or pics you have seen involving myself and Redemption I no longer stand behind. I encourage you to message me if you have any questions. As a consequence, Joshua M Covert. attained what is thought to be the first section 8 dismissal under the MMMA in Oakland County.

There are a number of other high-profile cases that Joshua M Covert has been a part of. This includes being the lawyer that was responsible for the Court of Appeals Decision whereby the improper transport statue (MCL 750.474) would no longer be applicable for patients that were otherwise law abiding card holding patients. Patients celebrated this ruling, which had an impact across the state, as it saves many MMMA patients from potential arrests on a daily basis.
