Ched began his career doing what most did in the 80s and 90s, working the expired listings. An expired listing is when a house has been on the market for 6 months and hasn't sold. After the 6 months are up, any agent can try to sell it. Ched worked the listings to get his inventory up and to show what he was (and still is) capable of doing.
