Due to a highly increased frequency of cancellations, I am implementing a new policy. Beginning tomorrow, April 5, 2022, if you fail to provide a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellation, I will expect to be reimbursed 100% of your appointment cost. If you fail to provide reimbursement in a timely matter, it will result in complete removal from my schedule. I had 20+ cancellations the first quarter of 2022 resulting in a loss of approximately $1,000. I am constantly turning down new clientele to ensure all current clients have sufficient openings for booking. This financial impact is becoming very unfair to not only me, but my family as well. I love you all and hope you understand my reasoning. ♥️
