Mannnnn ever since & I linked up we talked about doing something like this and I’m so happy we’re finally here. Proud to announce the first of many Terp Tastings. It was more than a blessing to meet and collaborate with him on a menu that we know is going to blow y’all minds. I want to thank all my followers for the support along this wild ride! It’s been a crazy year and life has been hectic! After two years of waiting and different mechanics I finally have my food truck running and here in Las Cruces! I’ve put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this BBQ dream and it’s far from over! I’m hoping to be out in the truck on weekends here in Las Cruces by fall! I will be taking this time to build out the truck and start making some changes to the menu! Stay tuned for more updates on the food truck and possibly some pop-up dinners around town! I’m still doing catering and events in las cruces DM for more information!

After what seemed like the craziest few months of my life I’ve had some time to catch up on things at Home. I want to thank everyone that has supported Doobies along this crazy journey, this has been a hard year for Doobie’s. We started the restaurant strong and took a few big hits right out the gate, biggest hit was losing my smoker in an accident the week after I opened. If it wasn’t for letting me use his smoker after the accident I would be selling burgers instead of brisket! The past month has been challenging with lots of construction and losing a lot of sales due the state fair.

Doobie’s will be closing the Brick and Mortar and returning to pop-ups and private events. We are down but not out, stay tuned!

We will be doing the grand opening on October 6th!! Stay tuned for more scheduled events!
