SMALL GROUP SUNDAY!

Small groups are so beneficial for a community us to study the Bible together with those who want to learn more about Jesus. We highly recommend everyone to join one or to start a small group with friends. There is nothing like it!

LCCC CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

We are praising the Lord for graciously leading us to remodel both of our children classrooms. In our first classroom, we helped create more space for more kids and activities and a fresh coat of paint ( The walls had several pieces of the kids handy work ; crayon markings.). We also decorated both classrooms with posters and bulletin boards to help the kids know what we are learning in the Bible.

We had a great turn out at the Drive-In Bible Study as our kid’s road their bikes around to five different stations learning about the apostle, Paul's mission. Let's share the GOOD NEWS like Paul!

BEHIND THE SCENES OF THE GROUND MAINTENANCE:
- Mowing our big field in the back, the courtyard and the back
- Picking up trash around the property.
- Blowing away dirt and tree blossoms from the sidewalks.
- Digging up weeds.

Drive-In Bible Study — Las Cruces Church of Christ Drive-In Bible Study! Kids bring your bikes and helmets as we “Drive” through the church to get to our Bible Study as we learn how to spread the gospel like Paul. ( For Grades PK to 5th.)

GATOR FOR MADAGASGAR!

"World Christian Broadcasting has a need that has arisen in Madagascar. They had to purchase a gator. In Madagascar a gator is needed every day to get tools and equipment that is needed to work on the antennas and equipment in the far end of our property. It is also needed to help contain fires that start quickly. The gator is ready to be delivered when they pay the remainder of the cost, which is $25,000."

If you would like to participate in this effort, please mark your check "WCB/Gator." Your participation in the past has been excellent and the Taste and Work's FG thank you. Fundraising will end on July 28, 2024.

BIBLE SCIENCE CAMP WAS SO MUCH FUN! Our kids learned what makes a rainbow through science experiments and each of them crafted their very own rainbows.

Rainbows are a reminder that God is with us and His promises will never be broken. What a wonderful God we serve.

Don't Forget! This Sunday is the last day we will be collecting items for TURNING POINT.

We as a congregation have signed up to help TURNING POINT for the month of June!

Their needs right now are for diaper sizes 3, 4, and 6, which the mothers can purchase in the Turning Point Boutique with the points they’ve earned by attending classes at Turning Point. These classes cover the topics of “Newborn,” “Parenting,” “Finances,” “Goal Setting,” and “Bible study.” Also, needed are baby wipes and/or cash (checks okay). Cash or check donations may be made using the envelopes on the back table or by marking on the memo line on your check “Turning Point” and placing your check in a collection basket following communion this Sunday. Then, the church can send one check to the organization.

Lougenia Mitchell has agreed to take all the donations of diapers and wipes that are received here to the Turning Point facility. Lougenia is one of the facilitators of these classes. Let’s pray for her as she ministers to these women in the name of the Lord. Diapers and wipes donations may be deposited in the church office. THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE!

Thank you so much to Frankie and the women's ministry for hosting a Father's Day Barbecue this past Sunday!

We apologize for not providing a live stream for this mornings worship service. Due to some construction in the area they had to turn off our internet. We will get the service uploaded as soon as we can.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who served on the VBS team, donated time, items, and resources! Thank you for your willingness to participate in what God was doing and being part of making a big, positive impact in the lives of kids and families, for the glory of God! We could not have done this without the support and prayers of our amazing church family!

For three days, we enjoyed seeing our space filled with 38 amazing kids who joined us on an adventure to follow God here, there, and everywhere! We had a blast singing songs, hearing Bible stories, engaging in fun games and making super cool crafts.

We look forward to seeing you all again at Vacation Bible School 2025! See you then!
