Join CCSDPD and Lerner and Rowe on July 9th at Sunrise Acres Elementary School at 11:00 AM for backpacks filled with school supplies, while supplies last!

Walnut Recreation Center is offering a Dance and Design Camp for participants aged 5-13 starting June 24th until July 19th. Camp will take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3 PM - 7 PM. During this camp, participants will learn different dance styles and will also work together to create their own costumes and props for their final performance. A James Beard Award finalist and Native American Almanac inductee, she was the first Native American chef to compete on Food Network's Chopped. Don't miss her June 22 talk at the Springs Preserve, where she will discuss Indigenous Foodways and how she serves to reclaim Native food sovereignty.
