• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
• Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities

Full Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of the Accountant is to maintain and support the financial processes and standard operating procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Accounts Payable management – maintain 3-way match for PO processes, verify all incoming invoices for payment including expense reports. Reconcile Accounts Payable to GL monthly.
Prepare weekly financial communications with commentary. Assist with cash flow analysis with prominent vendors and assist with year-end reporting and other reporting as necessary.
Accounts Receivable management – process company receipts and payments from customers and prepare monthly account statements for customers. Follow up with customers as necessary for payment, providing a weekly report with commentary.
Maintain bank deposits and assist with reconciliations as necessary.
Assist in the preparation of payroll, commissions, budgets, and forecasts as necessary.
Administrative and office support – assist in daily bank reconciliations, insurance, compliance, permits, sales tax and fixed asset monitoring as necessary.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Other projects as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Associate's Degree in Accounting
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related Field, preferred
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with an emphasis in product or service lines
QuickBooks and Microsoft/ Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail and Deadline oriented
