A traditional Iberian dish, gazpacho is a staple for hot summer days since, unlike many soups, it is meant to be served cold! While there are many popular variations, classic gazpacho is made by blending bread, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato with a garnish of cucumber. Simple and delicious!

Have you ever ridden a camel? In countries with prominent deserts, particularly in northern Africa and the Middle East, it is a common tourist activity to saddle up and take in the view from a camel’s back. Aside from being a unique experience, many also cite riding a camel as a good exercise for core and leg muscles. That’s a two for one deal!

A signature menu item across restaurants in Spain (and now across the world), the sangria is traditionally a cocktail made of red wine, fruit, and at least one other spirit (commonly brandy). More recent twists on the Spanish classic feature white or even rose wine as the base with a plethora of different fruit combinations to heighten the sweetness.
Cheers!

But you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled to find one: five, six, seven, and eight-leaf clovers are even more rare than a four-leaf charm. But with a little luck, anything is possible! 🍀
