He also provided multiple points of contact in his office so that I could always reach someone very quickly with questions. Whenever I sent over documents multiple people on his team confirmed they had received them so I didn't need to worry if they had successfully gone through or not. At the end of the process, when the offer we made on our new house was accepted, I kept expecting there to be more to do, something we had missed, etc. That's how easy and painless the whole process was.
