Our Story

Royal Coffee Roasting Co. was first founded in 2018 in Meridian, ID. Our close family friends had recently owned 5 coffee shops with us in Idaho. They wanted to start their own family business and not have the limitations of a franchise, so we all brainstormed and Royal Coffee was born. They opened Royal Coffee Co in Meridian, ID and have become a big name in their small town ever since. Fast forward 2 years later and we decided to follow in their footsteps. With the success of Royal Coffee in Idaho, we thought why not do the same in Las Vegas? We wanted to step out and be a more localized Las Vegas family ran business, so we did just that. Without the limitations of a franchise we can now truly focus on our community in Las Vegas and grow our small business roots. At the heart of Royal Coffee is friendship, family, serving our community, our incredible employees, love, laughter and of course delicious high quality coffee. From our beans being micro roasted in Idaho, and the profits of our beans being donated to food banks across the U.S-every single detail of Royal Coffee is about giving and caring for our local communities. We are thrilled and excited for this next chapter and can't wait to grow even more with our Vegas community. We have so many exciting things to come as we continue our rebrand and grow.
