The moment you start focusing on yourself, things start falling into place. I have known for 10+ years now. We met in retail, as she has always been one of my favorite employees that just gets me. Ronisha has always been a strong women, quite at times but take her hiking and she will beat you to the top! (Best of all times 🤣🤣) I proud of the lady you have become . The belief that ailments are because of stress in one’s life, an imbalance in the mind and body. A goal to reset the body internally, to purify it — ridding yourself of undigested food that can cause illnesses. This cleansing process is called panchakarma.
