Ooooohh cockiness and that confidence they ooze…..trigger warning….we might trigger you….The girls have moved in silence and disappeared for weeks to pop back up on the feed with another update on the adventures of the year. This time its LA and it was Halloqveen. Our first drag show, burlesque show, and Halloween show where we dressed as none other than Sailor Mars and Saturn! Black sailor scouts for the win. People were asking for photos all night! Especially people of color, representation matters!

Another one of our favorites was karaoke night during our bar crawl. It was Thick’s planned event, if you’d love to hear about the whole experience please stay subscribed cause we are going to be sure to talk about it in an upcoming episode.

Our final days were spent at Disney Tokyo and Disney Sea 🌊 extremely magical, but overall all of the trip was incredible. We got to ride on a number of awesome rides and some got us clutching each other while screaming lol I’m so happy we took this trip and your girls are going to miss Japan 🥲. Bags packed we are set for our return trip and we still have more adventures to come when we return home!

This was our busy day after our chill day yesterday meeting up with our cousin who lives in Kyoto! We went shopping, like and comment if you’d like to see what we bought, and Thick tried sushi for the first time ever in her life. Then it was back at the itinerary today was taking the Randen train to Arashiyama Station then going to the Bamboo forest, Tenryu-ji Temple, over the Togetsukyo Bridge, to the Monkey Park, before stopping for Japanese matcha ice cream and a quick soak in a foot onshin spa before a quick dinner and then home. BUSY day and then the next was full of traveling cause we headed for Tokyo Disney!!

Universal Studios, but in Japan 🇯🇵 ! We had an amazing time! It just so happens to be the last day of the Demon Slayer Ride and your girls are FANS. We ran into super fans and it was AWESOME! We got our own Nezuko souvenirs. I loved it. Your girls even got dizzy and screamed on a Jurassic ride. We started our day at a beautiful cafe with a nice hot breakfast (Slim pictured below) and ended with udon noodles and rice dish still a nice hot meal after all the rain 🌧️! We made it safely to Kyoto and checked into our other hotel for some much needed R&R. Luckily the local drugstore had epsom salts and some nice bath 🛁 oils to perk us right up in our room. So we grabbed some Ramen and the girls were out early for one night. Like, subscribe, and follow for more! 😴

Highlights of the tentative 2023-2028 UPS Teamsters National Master Agreement include:

Historic wage increases. Existing full- and part-time UPS Teamsters will get $2.75 more per hour in 2023, and $7.50 more per hour over the length of the contract.

Existing part-timers will be raised up to no less than $21 per hour immediately, and part-time seniority workers earning more under a market rate adjustment would still receive all new general wage increases.

General wage increases for part-time workers will be double the amount obtained in the previous UPS Teamsters contract — and existing part-time workers will receive a 48 percent average total wage increase over the next five years.

Wage increases for full-timers will keep UPS Teamsters the highest paid delivery drivers in the nation, improving their average top rate to $49 per hour.
Current UPS Teamsters working part-time would receive longevity wage increases of up to $1.50 per hour on top of new hourly raises, compounding their earnings.

New part-time hires at UPS would start at $21 per hour and advance to $23 per hour.

All UPS Teamster drivers classified as 22.4s would be reclassified immediately to Regular Package Car Drivers and placed into seniority, ending the unfair two-tier wage system at UPS.

Safety and health protections, including vehicle air conditioning and cargo ventilation. UPS will equip in-cab A/C in all larger delivery vehicles, sprinter vans, and package cars purchased after Jan. 1, 2024. All cars get two fans and air induction vents in the cargo compartments.

All UPS Teamsters would receive Martin Luther King Day as a full holiday for the first time.

No more forced overtime on Teamster drivers’ days off. Drivers would keep one of two workweek schedules and could not be forced into overtime on scheduled off-days.

UPS Teamster part-timers will have priority to perform all seasonal support work using their own vehicles with a locked-in eight-hour guarantee. For the first time, seasonal work will be contained to five weeks only from November-December.

The creation of 7,500 new full-time Teamster jobs at UPS and the fulfillment of 22,500 open positions, establishing more opportunities through the life of the agreement for part-timers to transition to full-time work.

More than 60 total changes and improvements to the National Master Agreement — more than any other time in Teamsters history — and zero concessions from the rank-and-file.

This bill would expand the definition of domestic terrorism to target leftists by weaponizing old anti-union laws that were originally adopted in 1919 to fight the growing labor movement. Under the definition of "criminal syndicalism", those who commit, justify, or even spread information about any crime for political means would be labeled a domestic terrorist, and so would anyone associated with them. There's no limit to the severity of the crime; it could be for blocking a street during a protest, or participating in an unauthorized labor strike. This is already being weaponized in other states, like how police in Georgia targeted the Stop Cop City Protestors

The bill also allocates $5,000,000 for joint-terrorism task forces to investigate and enforce instances of these "crimes". These task forces have a history of targeting leftist and activist groups
