Last week, due to a network configuration update by our local partner, there were connectivity issues with cameras linked to this network provider, primarily affecting the European region.

We were able to identify the problem within three days and promptly adjusted our configuration with the network provider. The connection has now been restored.

Please check if you can now send images normally. However, some cameras may have run out of battery, so you might need to replace the batteries before confirming.
