Choppers and Chucks Custom Cycles

The 30" Mammoth 48 spoke front wheel arrived today... so I'll be in the lab for the next few days.

Installed a new 21" black and contrast cut front wheel, brake rotors and fender on a 2016 Harley Davidson road glide special.

Iron Horse Texas chopper with some catch issues. Customer thought that the clutch cable had broken, but that wasn't the case. On the transmission side. The throw out baring blow apart as well as the thrush washer had broken in half. The oil slinger was actually missing the oil slinger. On the clutch side of the bike. The clutch adjustment screw and lock nut definitely needed to be replaced. Since I was replacing those parts, I thought it wise to order a new clutch push rod as well. Once all the new parts are installed, I believe this will take care of the no clutch issue.

When your customer ask you to do something different to their Road King (but they ordered 4" stretched bags for dual exhaust and an ugly rear fender extension that is for 6" stretched bags with dual cutouts). It was easier for me to fix or modify the parts instead of sending them back and reordering the correct parts needed. I was only given the colors that she wanted and the go ahead to do what I do. I decided to do an animation paint scheme. Since the style is relatively new(and I have only done one of Michelle's cars and my chopper), I thought that it would be pretty cool (and possibly challenging) to do a full dresser or bagger. I also decided to go a little farther and add some old school lace to the sides of the bags, tank, side covers, tour pack and to both fenders.

I'm going all chrome hand controls, switch covers and mirrors... so I started out by swapping the stock grips for a chrome pair. I also, added a little more L.E.D. lighting.
