Just finished this restoration for a client( with a slight Mod) that raises the bar tremendously! This job never gets boring!

Our latest restoration. I do believe that the owner is accepting offers as well. This takes me back! It was previously sold ( before we saw it)and the guy said it didn’t work because the power light didn’t turn on!?( old style neon bulb, fragile and not durable). I replaced it with a LED. It will last forever! Full cleaning & calibrated. I feel like creating music for a Outter Limits episode!

In addition to restoring old home audio gear, we have been setting up LIVE STREAMING services in local perishes!! Just finished work on this and 2 other units. Sounds superb! Chose black semi gloss over refinishing the original wood cabinet & it turned out fantastic ,don’t you agree? She’s ready for the auction block. Stay safe & well!

Mellotron, Except no imitation!

Just finished restoration on this beauty! I own 3 Reel-Reels myself. I can tell you that they are no fun to repair ,but when done properly,they are a Beauty to behold for the eyes and ears! ( I love Analog!!!!)This Cust will be happy for a long time. Happy Holidays all!

My good friend Rick Derringer stopped in last week for a performance at the Golden Nugget Casino. We had a chance to catch up & he mentioned that he was having some issues with his guitar not behaving as he had liked after a previous service. So I sat down and cracked it open over some coffee & Green Tea. An hour or so later & he was back on the R&R trail( with a little “911 Magic”). Always fun to help a friend! Just another day in the life. See ya soon man!

Here's a goodie: A little mouse got inside of this one and reeked havoc! Got all the electronics working! This organ sounds so good it makes me want to go to church! Final touch is replacing all the lamps with LEDS.” Stand behind me Satan!” She should be all done in a few weeks.

Spring Cleaning #5: A Vintage Pioneer SX 650! These units are heavily sought after for their tuner sensitivity and clean power and tone controls! I had to by pass the "A/B"switch on the front (for the speaker selector) so I installed the switch in the rear and it works perfectly! I was about to paint the cabinet Black and ran out of time.(The veneer does show some wear.See photos.) The unit performs perfectly. I've reduced the price accordingly.( I just finished spraying a Kenwood cabinet black and it looks Brand New! I'm sure this one would as well with the same treatment! Going for the low price of $225!

Spring Cleaning #4: A Vintage Sony Str 7050. This classic Receiver has everything needed to get your sound system off the ground. This is a Very Rare model with all the features needed to build a master system. The vents on the top of the cabinet have some broken slats but the unit has been gone through 100% and is fully functional. There are also some minor scratches on the top but nothing terrible.(I was going to install a perforated plate over the vents to prevent further damage, but ran out of time. An easy fix,and does not effect the performance.)Thus the price is reduced. This unit won't last ! $350

Spring Cleaning #3: This Vintage Dual 604 Turntable. This unit was a industry standard back in the day and still performs like a champ. At $200,it is a excellent addition to any audio set up. No dust cover but it does come with a head shell and a cartridge to get you going.( I used a classic VCR cover to protect it from dust. Replacements are available or you can do what I did.)

Spring Cleaning bargain #2: A Vintage Kenwood KR 6030. This unit kicks serious butt and is fully functional. 80 watts of Real RMS Power! Killer tuner and great freq Response! A very hard to find model! Yours for $550! This surely won't last!

Well,it's that time of year again; Time for our Spring Cleaning Sale. This is part of a collection of gear that we have accumulated. All are in perfect working order and are being liquidated on a "1st come" basis,so if you see something you like,act fast! (You are also free to ask questions.) I am clearing out the closet! Listing 1 is a vintage Hitachi SR 804. This unit has the best surge protection circuit that I have ever seen! It is almost impossible to blow! Some superficial scratches but fully functional and RARE! (See Photo) $175. It's a steal!
