Tonight, two members of the Dreamkeeper family were celebrated at the CCSD Starlight Awards. Congratulations to our Ruby Duncan nominees! Let’s hear it for Ms. Daniel, Teacher of the Year, and Ms. Cortez, Support Professional of the Year. 🎉

Today we had a very special visit from the Las Vegas Desert Dogs. Ruby Duncan ES was 1 out of only 10 elementary schools selected. Our students were personally introduced to the game by some of the players, given lacrosse equipment/supplemental lessons plans and were were even treated to Pinkbox Donuts! Thank you Las Vegas Desert Dogs! Our students are thrilled to start playing!

What an amazing turnout for our Breakfast with Santa and the Grinch! 🎅🏽 A special THANK YOU to Chef Steve Young and Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino for donating and preparing all the food and toppings! 🥞
