The Lab has undergone a stunning restyling, transforming it into a space that perfectly captures the contemporary essence. We look forward to incorporating this into our projects. 🛋

We are thrilled to share our project, CITY OASIS, featured in Cassa Italia. This new construction single-family home spans 2,785 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. We designed this space using monochromatic, neutral tones and carefully selected details to create the perfect oasis for our client. Follow us for more updates on our projects! 🤍

Another showroom we had to visit - &C. We love how seamlessly they blend tradition with modern, clean lines and silhouettes. Founded in 1934 by Angelo Molteni, the brand has a rich heritage of crafting exquisite furniture that epitomizes Italian craftsmanship. Look at how effortlessly chic these pieces are!

When clients request that we use bold patterns in their home, we like doing so in smaller spaces, such as powder rooms or offices, where the occupants aren’t expecting to relax. 🌷

We focus on making sure the functions meant for each space are carried out as cleanly as possible when creating a room layout. By doing this, we can make the most use of the available area. This also makes it possible to allocate extra space at the space design stage to other rooms or purposes. ✍️

When visiting Milan, we visited Il Cenacolo, the home of Leonardo's Last Supper—a rare opportunity with typically a year-long wait. We also had the privilege of attending guided tours through Duomo and San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore, a former monastery and convent that endured heavy bombing during WWII. It was an extraordinary experience to see these historic sites firsthand. 🙏

I had the most wonderful surprise at lastest dinner with Dior! Feeling incredibly grateful for the thoughtful gift from , Dior Maison and Kids Creative Director — a personally signed copy of “Life in a French Country House”. I’ve been wanting this book but couldn’t find it in the States!

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the Menswear Fall Winter 2024/2025 runway show in . The busy backstage atmosphere, sporty collegiate silhouettes, some favorites we cannot wait to wear and the fast-paced techno soundtracks made it a truly unforgettable experience. It was amazing to witness Fendi’s innovative blend of tradition and modernity. 👞

Introducing MINIMALISTIC COOL - a stunning new construction project embodying sleek simplicity and modern elegance. This 3,800 square foot single-family home features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all designed with a minimalist aesthetic in mind. Clean lines, open spaces, and a refined palette create a serene and sophisticated living environment. 🛋️

We love allowing the "flavor" of the season to shine through in the spaces we create. 🌵 To achieve this fluid , there should be a base of layered decorative items that can easily be swapped out with items that reflect the season without making the space feel cluttered or look forced. We also enjoy having more neutral static pieces that mesh well with the constant influx of seasonal items that come in and out. 🍃

We had an incredible time last week attending two special Dior events in Beverly Hills. Our day began with a men’s made-to-measure event, where we crafted custom suits and dress shirts. Later, we joined the kickoff party for the Dioriviera pop-up and pool takeover at the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel.

From spa relaxation to poolside lounging, we enjoyed the area adorned with Maison’s iconic Toile de Jouy print reinvented for the summer 2024 season. Timeless designs, including glassware, linens, and embroidered cushions... what more could we ask for from a perfect summer soiree? ✨

Consisting of 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, gym and office, every corner offers a seamless fusion of tradition and comfort. 💎

How do we integrate and into our designs? Simple! Our philosophy is to achieve maximum practicality in an aesthetically pleasing way by eliminating the need to overly “decorate” a space with superfluous objects or excessive decor. 🤍

What we want our clients and their visitors to see and experience when they arrive is the first thing we consider when working on a home's exterior. Then, we look at the topography, the size of the front yard, the required parking area... and, of course, how the landscape will mesh with the hardscape and the home itself. 🌵

The sets you up to experience the interior. Our goal for the homeowner is to look forward to returning home every day and for the guests to become nervous about what awaits them inside. 🔑

Spending time getting to know them and what is important to them is paramount to the success of a project. By doing this, we have a genuine understanding of what makes them happy and what they visually attracted to.

This way their personality comes through in every space we create together.

The first thing we consider when incorporating a into a is the area's measurements. The proper amount of space is then allotted to each function in accordance with the size of the lot we are working on and the way the clients intend to use it. We then address the way spaces flow and the forms they adopt when that is established. From there, we finalize the scheme and dress it accordingly. 🌴

Our process for selecting and for a project always starts with a full comprehension of how our clients will use the space, both daily and occasionally.

Based on these insights we select the furniture that ensures comfortable interaction with the space and the aesthetic tone.

We then use decor as fine jewelry, which creates a connection to the space and elevates the clients’ personas. ✨

Our project, COASTAL RETREAT, is a remodelled, single-family home with a size of 3,370 square feet.

Within the 4 charming bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, we wanted to give each family member a sense of tranquility and style with ocean-inspired hues and breezy accents. 💙

Recently, we had the pleasure of attending the World of Dior event, held at Brandt Foundation, New York City. This very special event covered three categories: high jewelry, custom, handbags, and limited edition Maison pieces. It was a true, all-around captivating sensory experience, from the delightful breakfast to hand-painted pieces, exciting patterns, and a 38-color palette to choose from.

Our project HOLLIWOOD DELIGHT is a new construction, single-family home with a size of 4600 ft². It consists of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We do things in ways that best suit the project, not in ways we’ve done or seen before. We employ deliberate confident choices, which to some may seem bold. 🏡
