A little history on our team… Adam Malan started in the industry over 20 years ago being mentored by my father, Carl Marcello. While I was licensed in 2006 and also working with my father, I thought I had big plans to step away from CRE and go to law school… fast forward to 2011 with the economy in the 🚽 and losing my father to brain cancer…

I decided to reach back out to Adam and get back into CRE. I asked Adam if I could come work for him for free and gain any knowledge he was willing to teach me. Well we joined forces and I never looked back (I even got paid 😜). The root of our team is more than a business partnership and friendship, we are family. I can’t thank Adam enough for mentoring me over the last decade and trusting me to be his business partner. I feel honored to be able to stand beside him. In moments like this, I wish I could call my dad and tell him how hard we are working and that it all started with him… but somehow I think he knows.

This year I wanted to spend more time helping specific charities and this one touched my heart.

👋Meet: Project Marilyn a 501(c)3 charity started by my friends Wendi Schweigart and Nikki Ferraro, to help women/girls with supplying feminine hygiene products for those in need.

💡I didn’t realize that feminine hygiene products were the least donated item to charities... meaning women in need are using unsafe alternative measures if they cannot afford to get products.
