Yesterday was my birthday and the amount of people that wished me Happy Birthday was so huge that I realized it must be a BIG Deal. Like in my mind Im thinking “im not 80” 🤣 (really looking forward to that 🤩) but I know how special it is to reach this age in life. Thankyou for being in my life and making it extra special 😘🎁

This was my 1st week of the UK tour with and the crew that makes this all come together 😇 We just finished loading up after this Epic performance today of Shanias at . Heres some of the looks I styled her hair for this week. Week 2 here we go 🎉

This week is not for WEAK! Do you ever pump yourself up for a busy week? I have to stay hydrated and remain focused. I like to be “present “ in all my surroundings and especially while my clients sit in my chair. If I miss your call or text I will be sure you get back to you when I dont have hair, color, scissors in my hands . Pray for my hands 🙏🏼 They do so much 💓😆

Its just Toner 💫 But did you know Blondes have soooo many tones to choose from?
I used a Lilac toner on the top partial parting .
I also like to use direct dyes as toners too!
I used periwinkle vivids and these two color combos created a subtle hue of pink lilac and lavender pastels so soft it gave her a fairy 🧚🏼 like tone of hair.

Bright , light and hydrated pastel hair 💫 Pastel colors are an option for a current pale blonde hair client to try softer lighter hues of color that will fade easily back to blonde after 3-5 shampoos ( depending on hair porosity and color used)

I think I can finally say I have grown out my hair, it’s definitely time for a current headshot. Only the people that see me in person really have noticed how much it has grown. I myself have done alot of internal personal growth. Learning where I want to be and how I choose to live. I really enjoy living in the present moments while also creating a future to keep creating more moments. I recently opened my own salon here in Las Vegas, where I will be teaching the stylists in my salon my education workshop . This was made for the 3 different versions of us hairstylists throughout our career. My goal is to have clients be able to book with our staff and get the same level of service and technique as they would from myself. Im excited to help create opportunities for us and great hair and relationships in our community! and we are just a quick 2 min ride from the airport ✈️

Why I love being able to provide my clients with hair extensions. Doesnt it seem like alot more women are dealing with hair loss or thinning ? There are so many reasons this is happening.
Medical ( surgeries, thyroid, hormones , pregnancy, )
using old hair tools
using the wrong hair products, shampoo
not getting maintenance haircuts
hard water in your shower
living in a dry environment 🌵
If you begin to address these issues theres still a way to fill in the surface situation with some hair extensions and this will make the growing process alot easier to handle with instant new full hair 🤫

While teaching , Im learning new things, my biggest takeaway this year is to really live in the moment, I used my iphone, google phone, and lots of other content captured from other people to share behind the scenes what I do. But this right here sits so sweet and pure to me. My daughter has been capturing moments using film cameras, nothing digital. We wait for the film to be processed and then we relive the moment another day and you get something just so unfiltered and real. Thankyou for helping me this day and capturing these moments and memories in this class 🫶🏼 This might not be what the “algorithm” likes but it is what I like and I hope you get all the opportunities you can to live in moments and share them as they are “unfiltered “

I want to share with you all why it’s so important for hairstylists to be comfortable and knowledgeable when working with all types of hair. As a hairstylist, versatility is key, especially when it comes to hair shows where you have to be able to pivot and adapt on the spot.
Recently, I had the opportunity to showcase my skills hair show, and I was really excited to experiment with some creative color freedom. However, things didn’t go exactly as planned. I needed models who would allow me to unleash my creativity and give them a stunning transformation, but unfortunately, it couldn’t happen.
But you know what? I firmly believe in making things work and turning challenges into opportunities. Instead of feeling discouraged, I decided to focus on what I could do and how I could still deliver an amazing experience for both the model & audience of hairstylists who were anticipating something extraordinary from me.
I had the privilege of working with Gazala, who wanted to go back to her natural hair color while adding some enhanced shine. Although it wasn’t the creative color freedom I initially envisioned, I saw this as a chance to showcase my expertise in bringing out the best in someone’s natural beauty.
To add a touch of excitement, I suggested incorporating peekaboos into Gazalas’ hair. This collaboration allowed me to demonstrate techniques that the hairstylists were eagerly anticipating, while still giving Gazala a stunning and unique look.
This experience taught me the importance of adaptability and making the best out of any situation. It reminded me that even when things don’t go according to plan, there are always opportunities to create something beautiful and unexpected.
So, let’s remember that in life, and in our careers, it’s crucial to embrace challenges and find ways to make things work. With a positive mindset and a willingness to think outside the box, we can turn any setback into a remarkable success.

This will be my last year of this “era” before I begin to live another half century. I LOVE living and growing older, I really do, Im so amazed Im still here 😜 Lucky Streets Smart me 🤪. I am so blessed to have lived thru the truimphs and losses that have made my life so colorful and enlightening. Ive had to be brave all my life to make the necessary changes for myself and my loved ones. I look forward to achieving my goal of living to 100, philanthropy in numerous countries including here, playing the piano, maybe even getting a donkey 🤪 I just know Im not ever gonna stop manifesting happiness !
