What a great year 2021 was for the 19 families that became home owners using our system! We are looking forward to helping even more families in 2022!

Oh what a night...late October back in '21 🎶 thankful for the good time with my kids and making new friends. Looking forward to All Saints Day and the Christmas holiday.

It was a great Halloween! We saw ghouls, goblins, and monsters. Most of all we saw the light in each other.

Day 6 on the fast is transition day. Back to whole food plant based meals to complete the fast. See my last post for day 1 breakfast vs now. 4oz grapes and guacamole toast! So good 🥑 😋

Looking back at my fast day 1 breakfast. It was a serious transition to make but I did it. Nut based bar, algae oil (omega 3) and tea. By day 5 I was looking forward to it!

My fasting-mimic diet kit came. Today I am living it up before I start with French Toast, bacon, and eggs! football Sunday!

On Sundays we run... Except this Sunday we walked. I made a beginners mistake and did a leg workout after yesterday's run. Needless to say I showed up dead this morning. I showed up though. 😤💁🏾‍♂️
