The new look of 🙏💜🔥!

So I did a thing!! I am really excited about it!! As most of you know, I bought a house 1 year ago today and have been working creating a beautiful yoga & meditation space:
Well, the thing I did now is invest in myself once again. How, you ask? Well, glad you did! You see, I have been practicing yoga since 2000, when I studied under Jennifer Bridges Buergermeister in Houston. I finally got my first Vinyasa 200hr RYT certification in 2011 under Kimberly Castello & she rocks! I since went on to get 2 more 200 hour RYT, 2 500 pilates trainings, 1 Bo**ie camp yoga certification, 1 Plyoga certification and a couple of 50 training certs in sound therapy & pranayama. But with the pandemic, I choose to take a step back from my practice of teaching to focus on renovating my home & creating a vision for my future practice. Well, now is time to focus on that practice & vision!! I decided to take another 300hr RYT certification! And this time, it is with a teacher that I really respect & refer people to all the time: Heba Saab with studio! So looking forward to reinvesting in myself and my practice 🙏💜 it's going to be a beautiful journey!! Thanks for reading this ❤! The !

Sunday is perfect time with to do a moon intention setting. If you have never done one, it is very easy. Find a viewing spot that gives you an unobstructed view of the moon. 🌚 Focus on your breathing and finding a deep breath rhythm. Once achieved, focus on staring/gazing at moon and set your intention of what you wish to call in. Be it money, love 💖, a new job or whatever. Continue this for as long as you like. Once you are done, thank your divine source for fulfilling your intentions. The state aloud, "So shall it be!"
