Hands-On CPR is important for all ages!

Today we got to teach at Destinations Pueblo, a 55+ active adult community🚑

We had an absolute blast today with Communities In Schools of Nevada for Fill the Bus🚌

Over 25,000 donations📚 and tons of volunteers made today an amazing success!

Using what is learned in the classroom at a moments notice is never easy⛑️

But that’s exactly what Palace Station security guards were able to do💪 when someone at Palace Station was wounded, security guard quickly and efficiently used their Stop the Bleed training to save the person’s life⛑️

On these hot days🌞 our crews work tirelessly to serve the Las Vegas valley!

This morning, we served our crews tacos🌮 from 3:00 AM until 11:00 AM to recognize their hard work and dedication🚑

We were happy to assist Intermountain Healthcare with their Hot Car Demonstration to promote heat safety in Las Vegas🚗

That’s a wrap! EMS Week 2024 is over! We were able to end the week off strong with a BBQ for our crews🍗

We can’t thank our team enough for the hard work and dedication💪 Even though EMS Week is over, our appreciate for them doesn’t stop🚑

Round 2 is done😋 We served crews breakfast since 3:00 AM🚑

Our crews work all hours of the day and night to ensure we are always there when you call⛑️

Day 5 of EMS Week was a blast!

Integrating EMS Games into EMS Week, we took our staff to TopGolf🏌️ AMR took the win and will hold the trophy until the next installment of July’s EMS Games💪

Day 3 of EMS Week is in the books! No empty bellies in sight! For the past seven hours, we have been serving BBQ for our crews🍗 who work tirelessly day and night for Vegas locals and tourists🚑

Breakfast is served! Since 3:00 AM, we have been feeding crews breakfast burritos🌯

🚑EMS Week has begun🎉 This is a week for us to recognize our EMTs and Paramedics for all their dedication and hard work at keeping locals and tourists safe at all hours💪

The Las Vegas Aviators hosted us for First Responders Night to start off our week!🚑

👨‍⚕️Nurses Week may have been last week, but we are very thankful for our two nurses at AMR and MedicWest!👨‍⚕️

Their dedication to their patients in EMS and as nurses is unmatched and second to none!

With April over and Silver State Hero’s Challenge wrapped up, we wanted to thank Nevada Donor Network for allowing us and the other 34 agencies to be a part of this great cause💚💙

Congratulations to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office for taking the trophy home this year! Next year it will be us💪

A day later, and it’s still painful, but AMR and MedicWest were incredibly blessed to be the on-ice medics🚑 for the Vegas Golden Knights for another season

This season brought some lasting memories🚑

🚑In partnership with Stations Casinos, AMR and MedicWest trains security guards how to save lives in the event of a mass casualty tragedy‼️

Our Stop the Bleed program teaches individuals how to treat gun and knife wounds at a moments notice🚑

The Teddy Bear Clinic at Summerlin Hospital was incredible this year🧸 We got to teach 200 kindergartners CPR by practicing on their stuffed animals!

We also got to show the kindergarteners what the inside of an ambulance looks like!🚑

On Saturday night, we had the pleasure of hosting a veteran and his son to their very first Vegas Golden Knights playoff game! We wish VGK could’ve pulled off the win, but we had a great night!

🎉Two of our own received Women in EMS awards this week🎉 Ailyn Risch and J.L. Netski have dedicated their lives to EMS and were recognized for their service!🚑

On Monday, we got the pleasure of meeting Congresswoman Susie Lee and giving her a more detailed look in the day to day life of our operations🚑

Crews and staff where able meet and speak with Congresswoman Lee and provide a glimpse of what EMTs and Paramedics do everyday🚑

Come say hi👋 Our recruiting team is at Cimarron-Memorial High School to give high school students an opportunity to learn about EMS🚑 and how they can become a first responder with AMR and MedicWest!

Every weekend in the Sports and Entertainment Capital is a busy weekend Our event crews kept locals and city guests safe at VGK🏒, NHRA🏎️, LV Ballpark⚾️, UFC 300🤜🤛with over 70 staff members across the valley!
