What is Trojan Horse Method?

Trojan Horse helps you perfect the building blocks of trial persuasion; presentation skills, jury selection, and witness preparation. In the Presentation Skills Workshop, we teach basic patterns of story presentation, how to create spaces and use dialogue. As lawyers, we learn our client’s stories from them telling us what happened, the narrative facts. It is the trial lawyer's duty to take those words and reconstruct them back into pictures and images so the jury can witness and experience the tragedy of the client’s story.

During the Friday session of the Presentation Skills Workshop, students are introduced to Trojan Horse Method voir dire, witness preparation, and trial structure. Because of our instructor to student ratio of 1/6 all Presentation Skills Workshops are limited to 18 participants.

The Voir Dire workshop will give you a deeper understanding of the patterns of voir dire, physical movement, and weaving connections between jurors. The objective of this workshop is knowledge of the voir dire process, comfort in your delivery, and confidence in your structure, in each subject individually and the jury selection process as a whole.

The Witness Preparation workshop will teach you how to help your witnesses visualize the events so that their testimony at deposition and trial will allow the audience, whether it is the defense attorney who will be advising the adjuster on the value of your claim or the jury who will ultimately decide your case.

* All of our program are approved and/or pending approval for MCLE credits.

* We only accept plaintiff’s and criminal defense lawyers. Prior trial experience is helpful, but not required.
