Esmeralda | Molded in White Chocolate and filled with delicious Pistachio Ganache!

Elegant, beautiful and so delicious. This is De Sel, our Smoked Sea Salt Caramel Bonbon molded in Milk Chocolate. We do a black splatter and a white coating of colored cocoa butter for this delicacy. So cool right?
