Great Patient Service That Beams With Professionalism and Respect. Everyone one who walks through the practice doors should be greeted with professionalism and respect. But many times, the people greeting them do not have a clear picture of what these mean or look like.
These traits can be taught and learned and should be a part of staff training and continued training.
Tip: Emphasize the importance of maintaining professionalism and showing respect to all patients, regardless of their background, age or health problem.
Teaching Tip: Establish and review office policies on professional conduct and respect. (if you do not have these email me for more information) Discuss times where professionalism impacted patient satisfaction positively or negatively.
Recognize staff who consistently display high levels of professionalism and respect as examples for others to follow.

Time is a major barrier to professional success. It slips by quickly, often preventing us from making positive changes. We tend to drift without realizing we're stuck, akin to a crisis like a heart attack. Over time, we fall further behind.
