I don't often get an opportunity to cater an anniversary for the same couple.

Another Thanksgiving in the books...

it's been a couple years since we catered Thanksgiving for our favorite former congresswoman, Shelley Berkley. due to covid.

as usual everything went smooth and the food was terrific.

Halloween party hosted by Teddy and Stacy for their family, friends and neighbors..

I've had the honor of catering a few other events for them over the years. everyone raved about the food as usual. lol

carving station- Herb crusted filet mignon served with whiskey peppercorn demi-glace
and horseradish sauce served with dinner rolls

Grilled Oysters served with withdrawn butter and Tabasco sauce
