Most people initially think of Las Vegas as a vacation spot (and it certainly has plenty to offer in that regard!), but it also has lots of options for people living here year around. We have many resort-like communities that have lots of amenities- swimming pools, spas, fitness centers, racquetball, tennis, walking and bike trails are just a start. You can choose from single story homes in 55+ communities or in a standard development, a 2 story with master bedroom on the first floor, condominiums, townhomes with private yards, and even homes designed for multi-generations living under one roof.
Most homes are 20 minutes or less from the strip if you want to catch a good show or enjoy a buffet. We are close to the Grand Canyon, Zion Canyon, Lake Meade, Hoover Dam and many other tourist destinations. If your family and friends are elsewhere, Las Vegas is an easy place to visit with flights coming and going every day.
