Come join Latin Soul Kitchen at Heritage Park located at 350 S. Racetrack Rd. Henderson, NV for the 4th of July. There will be kid activities, live music, food, at a family friendly event. We will finish off the night with a fantastic firework show at no cost to attend. Below is our menu for this event. Hope to see you there doors open at 6pm.

Mother’s Day dinner was a total success. Grilled steaks, fancy carrots in butter/reduced balsamic, broccolini, and garlic mash. It was delicious.

We catered an event for a customer and their guests. We made some Tri-Tip, Lechon (Cuban Pork), Black Beans, White Rice, Sweet Plantains, and an Italian Meat & Cheese platter. Grateful for their business.

Well, this was a fun one. We roasted a pig and make some black beans, yucca con mojo, white rice, and some appetizers.

Last night Latin Soul kitchen had a private event for BC Home church. We prepared Vaca Frita, Chicken Fricassee, Black beans, White Rice, and Sweet Plantains. For desert we made a Sweet Plantain Fosters over Vanilla ice cream. Matt from Quantum printing in Boulder City printed out several awesome menus, place mats, and other material for the event. Getting back in the mix with Latin Soul Kiitchen. We did a corporate event for a new business starting up out here in LV. Received a lot of compliments and there several happy bellies.

So we’re getting back into the mix and have some events coming up. Here’s a little Lechón we made for a small event with extra crispy skin and some Cuban oxtail.

We had our event yesterday at Bishop Gorman and it was a success. Everyone loved the Cuban sandwiches and tacos. We received many compliments that this was the best sandwich they’ve ever had. My family ran business is very appreciative of all our customers that chose us to feed their bellies. Thank you, and off to the next one.

Well we’re back at it again. We will be out at Bishop Gorman this Saturday from 3pm to 6pm for the Police vs. Fire football game.
