Thank you all for your time and sacrifice in helping with the Letter Carriers Food Drive. Due to the hard work of the Letter Carriers of the Seven Hills Post Office they collected over 9,000+ pounds of donations for God's Groceries.

Saturday, May 11th is the big day, is just around the corner! This food drive means a lot to local food pantries and the people they help. Please give generously and/or by helping load and unload donations!

The Second distribution for God's Groceries will take place on May 10th at 10 am. Please pass, cut and paste to anyone in need of assistance.

Just a reminder that the Annual Letter Carriers Food Drive is fast approaching. Your help is needed at the Seven Hills Post Office on May 11th. We are asking for help between the hours of Noon to 6pm (approximately). Also asking for help to setup, tear down and unload the truck after the Food Drive is completed that day. A sign up sheet will be on the counter at Northwest Community Church United Church of Christ - Las Vegas. Please if you can spare the time it would be greatly appreciated. If you know of a teenager or middle school student who needs to fulfill their community service requirement please bring them to the Seven Hills Post Office. A parent or guardian must accompany them.

If you know of a teenager or middle school student in need of community service, they are more than welcome. A parent or guardian must accompany them. Here are the final numbers for Souper Bowl of Caring. Even though Northwest Community Church came out on top the big winners are the clients served by God's Groceries. Thank you to all who donated, counted and sorted all the donations.

REMEMBER THIS IS A FRIENDLY COMPETITION BETWEEN NORTHWEST COMMUNITY CHURCH AND FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH. THE WINNING CHURCH PASTOR IS BOUGHT BREAKFAST BY THE LOSING CHURCH PASTOR!

They have peanut butter, tuna, pasta sauce (canned) and many other items for sale.
You must have a Smith's card in order to take advantage of their sale.

God's Groceries is need of assistance ourselves. We are in need of the items listed below. If you can please consider donating any of these items.
