Left-side-eject Re*****on's exist - and there's nothing you can do about it. Sort of a cheat code for right handed shooters, if I'm honest. I think Wiley Clapp was the first righty I saw running a left-eject and, man, those emergency reloads were quick.

A custom job on a client's Express. 13" Short Barrel Shotgun with a ventilated rib blended into the front sight. For me it's hard to choose between this and a 14" with a +1 extension. Another batch of custom work is heading out the door. Production stuff is right behind that. Thanks for your patience, everyone.

More custom work finished up. Full Tac Upgrade, and then some. Ventilated Rib with the Mid Barrel Optic Mount. Fluted Bolt. Select Walnut stocks, Full Receiver Edge Break (loading port, ejection port, receiver face), "Elite Rupe" Cerakote (mix of Midnight and Smoke), and finally a Target Crown because we can.

Switch-barrel set on this SBS for a friend. Full Tac upgrade with ventilated rib barrels and matching tube extensions. This one had some deep pitting so we did some extra receiver work on it to include the full deburr, loading port, and some custom "Browning cuts" we've been experimenting with. These browning cuts remove the most common pinch point right at the balance point of the shotgun. These take a lot of time to do and introduce yet another angle to blend when combined with our Re*****on loading port mod. Finally, this build features our drop-in rear sight with integral RMR co-witness mount, All the goodies, Cerakote sniper grey.

Vang Comp Full Tac Upgrade we finished up on an 870 Police trade-in. Needed a bit of lapping to get the action bar/forend tube assembly to gauge properly, but it turned it into a nice 14" SBS. Magpul Stock and MOE Forend. This client opted for the medium (0.5") cheek riser for use with an optic on the VCS rear sight with rail. Planning ahead. Have a great weekend everyone!

How do you like two-tone shotguns? Like this Full Tac Upgrade we worked on with the cut and crown at 18" on customer's Ventilated Rib barrel. Finished with FDE stocks and Graphite Black cerakote.

"If you love it, say it with Krylon." Customer's 20-inch 870 Full Tac Upgrade job we finished up. Cerakote color on the metal parts: Magpul FDE. Not something you see every day.

Retrograde heading home. VCS with Ports, Big Speed Safety, Stainless Steel Follower, DSAC. Then a tricky reinstall on this stubborn heatshield that caused a couple trips back through cerakote 😶. This one is wearing the 507Comp for the photo nestled in the SYNC RMR mount.

Another one heading home. Full tac upgrade on an old 870. This client opted for the 4-color urban mesh camo. This pattern is done by hand so each one is different. This one has been in the shop for a long time, waiting on some refurb parts and some specialized labor, but we weren't willing to let it go home until it was up to our standards. This shotgun is full of stuff you can't have so I don't know why I'm posting it. Enjoy DOT-ONLY. The Vang Comp mid barrel optic mount is a concept we're trying to make a case for market viability. It's awesome, it stays zeroed to the bore so there is no need to re-zero after disassembly, same eye relief as a pistol slide mounted dot, low profile for better co-witness ability, it keeps the top of the receiver bare for snag-free emergency reloads. But it takes a lot of time and skill to silver solder this to the barrel, so that affects the market ability of this as an add-on service. So for now, FOR NOW, it's a custom add on, part of our "secret menu" where there's no mention of turn-around time or cost. But that may change soon™
