👉COLLARS AND TAGS with correct information
👉DO NOT walk your dog after dusk
👉Make sure your dog is on a leash in the backyard after dusk
👉DO NOT leave your dog outside unattended
👉Leave the TV or radio on and at the highest volume possible to
drown out the noise. NOTHING will help with the vibrations that
they will feel.. that you can't.
👉Please stay home with your dog
👉DO NOT give your dog human medication
👉DO NOT take your dog to watch the fireworks. Be very careful
about taking them to a firework party. Not only do they not
come to you if they are scared, but now they are in a new place
that will make them just as scared.
👉Reminder the fireworks will start days/weeks before and end
days/weeks after.
👉PLEASE keep them safe, they do not understand nor enjoy this
holiday.
IF you need to rehome your dog that you adopted from us.. PLS contact A Path 4 Paws @ 702-591-6469 cell.

SADLY, despite annual warnings that fireworks 🎆do indeed terrify our pets, there are still folks who lose their pets during the New Year celebrations. 😭
👉PLEASE take note of the following advice, planning ahead can help dogs cope with fireworks.
👉Before the fireworks season starts, provide your dog with a doggy safe haven. This should be a quiet area, so choose one of the quietest rooms in your home - a place where they feel in control.
👉Use a variety of chew toys, such as stuffed Kongs and chews, and swap them regularly, putting them away when not in use so that your dog doesn't become bored with them.
👉When the fireworks start:
*Close windows and curtains to muffle the sound
*Put on some music or TV to mask the firework sounds.
*Ensure your pet remains in the house.
*ALWAYS have collar & tags, in case they escape!

Fourth of July Holiday = Pets worst Holiday
If you have found a dog this year, you are aware of difficulty of getting the dog picked up by animal control. AND taking the dog directly to the shelter.... you are being turned away and told to make an appointment.
*** YOUR DOGS LIFE IS IN DANGER IF HE/SHE BECOMES ONE OF THE THOUSANDS OF STRAYS DUE TO THE FIREWORKS.🥹 Use common sense and prepare for this holiday.
